Easter Camp Booking Information
How to book with us:
Our main goal is to make booking with us as simple as possible. Bookings should be made through our online booking form available on our website. A deposit of €20 will be required to secure the booking.
This will need to be sent by post with a printed hard copy of the application form. The remainder of the balance can be paid prior to the camp or can be deposited in a ‘drop-box’ which will be clearly visible on the morning of the camp.
Your booking form indicates that you, the parent/guardian, understand and will follow the measures placed by Adventure World Camps and agree to the terms and conditions in place.

Registration will take place on the first morning of the camp. The details of this will be in your confirmation letter. Each child will be allocated a group for the week. Children will be placed according to age. Group rolls will be taken each morning and evening. Please ensure that your child signs in with us first thing each morning. They can not leave the premises without signing out and with a known adult present.
There will be two breaks each day. They will need to bring a packed lunch and 3-4 non fizzy drinks. If your child has any allergies, please notify the manager on duty as well as their group leader. Break and lunchtime are fully supervised by our staff.
Please ensure that your child brings a long sleeve top and tracksuit bottoms each day as it is a requirement for certain activities. All children must wear runners to the camp each day. If your child has long hair for health and safety, please ensure it is tied up daily. Students must bring swimming gear each day also.
Each evening any lost property will be displayed in the hall. Please ensure that all your child’s belongings are labelled.
Children should not bring mobile phones/valuables to the camp. We are not responsible for lost or damaged phones/items.
Photographs and videos may be taken at the camp for promotional reasons.
Only a parent/guardian can book a child/children into the camp and must be identified on the application form.
An application will only be accepted when the terms and conditions have been accepted on the application form; please read before continuing with the application process.
Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions.
All children must adhere to the strict safety guidelines at each venue, follow all safety instructions of their activity leader and stay with their activity group.
Children must respect these safety measures for their own safety and the overall success of the camp.
Adventure World Summer Camps Ltd. have full public liability insurance for all activities undertaken. The programme will operate to the highest safety standards.
Adventure World Camps Ltd. shall not be responsible for any illness, death or accident unless occasioned by the proven negligence on the part of the Camp Directors or their employees.
Active participation in the use of equipment in particular inflatable equipment and water activities carries a risk and participants understand that Adventure World operates the activities with Health & Safety guidelines and procedures which are key to the operation of these events.
Personal Accident Insurance against injury, accident or loss whilst on camp is the responsibility of the participant.
Please avoid bringing any valuables. Adventure World does not take any responsibility for any lost or stolen goods.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, weather etc.., we reserve the right to organise alternative activities.
In the unlikely event of an accident, permission is granted to seek medical attention.
Participants will not be permitted to mix with other groups. All children will be assigned to a specific group on the first day of camp. Under no circumstances will a child be allowed to move to another group at any stage during the camp. We will ensure that friends remain together.
Parents / Guardians will be notified of the specifics in advance of the first day of camp. We would ask you to adhere to these throughout the week.
If a parent/guardian needs to gain access to the facilities at any time during the day, prior notice needs to be given to the camp manager on duty.

It is vital that you monitor your child/children’s health, and do not send them to camp if they are displaying any illness.
